SOUTHSEA FEST 2010: The Kings Theatre

September 15th, 2010  |  Published in News

It may be the most iconic landmark along Albert Rd, but The Kings theatre has never hosted astage at Southsea Fest before!

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT? Only four acts, but each of them a corker! In addition to the two below, we have the always exciting and enigmatically beguiling B Of The Bang in addition to the soaring sounds of The Dawn Chorus.

NOT TO BE MISSED: The Strange Death Of Liberal England. Not only do you get one of the most exciting and truly independant bands around, hot on the heels of their album being released – but they’re bringing an orchestra too! This will truly be something to catch, so be sure to get there early!

OUR TIP TO WATCH OUT FOR: Revere. Mixing a hint of Victorian music hall ambiance, a whiff of the outlandish… it all mixes together to form something a little bit special, don’t miss it!
