New Jersey’s favourite sons The Gaslight Anthem return to the UK this summer twice, for a headline show at The Forum in London on June 4th and again on June 28th in support of “The Boss” at Hard Rock Calling in Hyde Park. Tickets for The Forum show are priced at £15.00 and are available from www.livenation.co.uk. Tickets for Hard Rock Calling are already sold out. The band will also be playing the Radio 1 / NME stage at Reading and Leeds festivals.
June 15th also sees the release of the title track ‘The ’59 Sound’. This single will be available via download, as well as in 7” and CD versions. The B-sides include Gaslight’s brilliant cover version of ‘State of Love and Trust’ by Pearl Jam and ‘We Came to Dance’ off the band’s first full-length SINK OR SWIM.
